- The prices include all taxes. The gratuity is calculated at 15 % of the total ride or reservation.
- A tour guide service option is offered at 25.00 an hour in addition to the rates above.
- A grace periodes of 20 minutes is given as of the scheduled arrival for domestique flights, 30 minutes for international flights. US flights are considered international flights.
- The hourly waiting time rates to be charged are indicated above for each type of vehicle and calculated every 30 minutes.
- Additional charges will apply for additional equipement requested (i.e. child seats, ski / board racks, bicylce racks, etc…)
- Driver Meet and Greet with sign is optional and charged seperatly at $ 20.00 for sedans, stretches, SUV's, Minibus and Mini-Coaches.
- Porter / SkyCap (Inside at bagage carrousel) Meet and Greet with sign is optional and charged seperatly at $ 60.00 for sedans, stretches, SUV's, Minibus and Mini-Coaches.
- Protocol type Gate Meet & Greet service is only available to Government Officials and individuals travelling with body guards. Service is subject to Customs Services approval.
- Stopover fees may apply and depend on the vehicle type and distance.
- Cancellation fees are as follows; 100 % of reservation amount if less than 2 hours notice, 75% if less than 5 hours, 50% if less than 8 hours, 25% if less than 12 hours.
Cancellation fees may be different if agreed to on a contract. Cancellation fee rates and delays may change without notice. - All rates, tariffs and rates are subject to change without notice.
